Shipping and returns
Our delivery time is normally 2-5 working days. The delivery time is calculated from the day after you placed the order, provided we have the item in stock.
Where will my package be delivered?
Shipments with a value under NOK 2,000 will be delivered to your mailbox. Shipments over NOK 2,000 in value are sent to the post office in store.
How do I return it?
If you wish to return your order, you must contact our customer service or write an explanation about the reason for the return and enclose the package when you return.
Shipping must be covered by you.
PS: Remember to return the item with a tracking number.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
That is, you can return the item(s) at any time within 14 days as long as the item(s) are not damaged.
Our aim is to always sort things out, so if there is something you are dissatisfied with or regret - get in touch!
We appreciate it if you return goods in their original packaging. Even if the product is not used, it is difficult for us to sell goods without packaging. You do not need to use the right of withdrawal form for us, just contact help @slkmyk.no and we will fix this as easily as possible for you!
Conditions for returning goods
In order to be refunded the full amount in case of return/right of cancellation, the item must be sent back in the same condition as when you received it. That is, in original packaging, with all tags attached, without odors or marks. The package label that is in the package when you receive it must accompany the return.
If you return a used item, we assess the item's value reduction and refund the item's used value. An item without original packaging, tags or with smells/marks will be considered used and the full amount will not be eligible for a refund.
The customer must cover the return costs themselves.
We charge a processing fee of NOK 300 for all goods over NOK 1,500. For all goods under NOK 1,500, we charge NOK 129.
(There is no processing fee for complaints.)
We reserve the right to debit the costs for the handling that occurs when a package is not picked up (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of NOK 199 if the package is not collected. The shipment is at the post office for 14 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you must first collect the package and then return it. Packages that are not picked up are not considered within the right of cancellation.
NOTE: To avoid the item being sent incorrectly or not delivered by the postman, it is important that you enter the correct name, address and postcode when ordering. It is also important that the mailbox is marked with the same name as in the order.
When will I get a refund for my return?
We work hard to process your return within 7-10 days after you send the package back to us. On return, the money will be refunded to the same payment method you used when ordering. From the day you receive confirmation of the received return with the return amount, Stripe will repay to your bank card/bank account within 10 working days, with PayPal you will have the return amount available on your PayPal account within 1-2 working days, while with Klarna you will receive the return amount credited to your Klarna invoice within 1-2 working days.
